On the carbon emission of energy
Those who established great things in ancient times not only have supernatural talents, but also must have perseverance. In the matter of energy, it is related to the rise and fall of the country and the well-being of people's livelihood, among which the consideration of carbon emissions is particularly critical.
Energy lovers are the lifeblood of the country. Coal, oil, and natural gas, traditional energy sources, once helped China take off, but when they burned, carbon emissions were huge. Coal, buried deep in the ground for hundreds of millions of years, once it was dug and burned, black smoke billowed, and carbon dioxide escaped in large quantities, permeating between heaven and earth. Oil is refined and used for vehicles and ships. When it is driven, the exhaust gas is ejected thinly, and the carbide also drifts away. Although natural gas is relatively clean, its combustion will inevitably generate carbon emissions.
On the other hand, new energy sources, such as solar energy, wind energy, and water energy, are inexhaustible and inexhaustible, and carbon emissions are almost non-existent. Solar photovoltaic panels, basking in sunlight and storing energy, have no smoke and fire disturbances, and have no carbon emissions; wind power generation, windmills turn leisurely, leveraging natural wind power to convert mechanical energy into electricity, which is quiet and environmentally friendly; water energy is intercepted by dams, and water flows rush to drive turbines, which are green and efficient.
However, the promotion of new energy is not achieved overnight. The traditional energy industry has a deep foundation, and the road to transformation is full of thorns. To reduce carbon emissions of energy, efforts must be made in multiple ways. First, increase investment in scientific research and study new energy technologies to reduce costs and improve efficiency to compete with traditional energy sources. Second, the government should use policy guidance to support new energy industries and restrain energy companies with high carbon emissions. Third, the public should also enhance environmental awareness, start from day-to-day, save energy and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.
The carbon emission of energy is the proposition of the times. Our generation should have tenacity, seek up and down, use science and technology as the blade, use policy as the shield, and use the power of the people as the foundation, to break this problem, and return the world to clear, leaving blessings for future generations.
