Barium Nitrate Potassium Acetate
The method of making barium nitrate and potassium vinegar
There is now a method of making barium nitrate and potassium vinegar (Potassium Acetate). First take the barium ore, calcine it with hot fire, until its color changes, then soak it in water, filter its liquid, and obtain the barium clear liquid.

Take another saltpeter, grind it into a fine powder, put it in a kettle, add water and boil it to make the saltpeter completely soluble. Mix this saltpeter solution with the first-obtained barium liquid, stir well, and see that there is precipitation. Let it stand for a long time, remove the supernatant, leave it to precipitate, and wash it with water several times. This precipitation is barium nitrate.

As for the system of potassium vinegar, take plant ash, drizzle it with water, and get lye. Take the rice vinegar, gradually add it to the alkali solution, stir it while entering, until it has a suitable taste and no longer has an alkaline taste. Then cook it slowly, so that the water gradually disappears, and when it thickens, it is potassium vinegar after cooling.

In this way, barium nitrate and potassium vinegar can be obtained. Although the preparation methods of the two are different, they all need to follow the steps to form their own products.
