Acetic Acid Potassium Carbonate
今有醋酸与碳酸钾，二者相遇，必有变化。醋酸性烈，碳酸钾质稳。然二者相混，醋酸之氢，与碳酸钾之碳酸根，交互作用。
醋酸中氢离子活跃，遇碳酸钾，即与碳酸根结合。碳酸不稳定，遂分解为水与二氧化碳。观之，有气泡腾涌，此乃二氧化碳逸出之象。
而反应之后，溶液中留存醋酸钾。其过程乃离子间之重新组合，遵循化学之规律。如此，醋酸与碳酸钾经反应，性质改变，生成新之物质。
